What we keep, and why.

No banners, no trackers, no third-party analytics. Here is the entire data shape — read it once, decide once.

What we collect

When you ask for a demo, we collect your name, your email address, the organization you work for, your IP address, your user-agent string, and the timestamp of the request. That is the full set of fields. We do not place cookies, we do not run analytics, we do not embed third-party widgets.

Why we collect it

We use your email exactly twice in the normal course of things: once to issue the one-time six-digit code that unlocks your demo body, and again — at most — to follow up about how the demo went. The IP, user-agent, and timestamp exist to help us notice abuse of the demo system. Nothing here is used for marketing automation, scoring, retargeting, or sale.

Where it lives

Each request is appended as a single line to a JSONL file on our server in Frankfurt. There is no third-party processor, no analytics pipeline, no CRM hand-off. The file is readable only by the founders.

How long we keep it

We keep your record until you ask us to delete it, or — by default — for twenty-four months from your last interaction with us, after which the line is removed automatically.

How to delete it

Email igor@mind-mem.com from the address you signed up with and we will remove the line within seven days. No friction, no exit interview.

Lawful basis

Consent. You ticked the consent line on the demo form before submitting it; that is the legal basis on which we hold your details. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above.

Controller

The data controller is Igor Tavčar, in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Postal address available on request to the same email.
